Dow Jones cannot be analyzed by Chinese astrology(八字) for uncertain inception date. NASDAQ has a definite inception date (8-Feb-1971), which serves as a good tool to interpret the past and the future of US stock market. The following is my crude interpretation for your reference.

2009-2013 : Excellent

2014-2018 : Mixed (good:子午沖去忌神子[癸]，bad:忌神乙木長生於午地) 
2014 : Excellent!
2015 : Bad! (Worst months: Aug/Sept/Oct/Dec)
2016 : Hideous Hell! 
2017 : sideway 
2018 : awful! 
2019-2023  : Further ugly Plunge! 

 The future of US stock market seems gloomy, and will lead the global market downward for sure. Plus the down trend of solar cycle 24, which also foretells market collapses ahead. In terms of individual's lot, I have hardly seen any individual's fortune do well after 2019. This is especially the case with those who work in the financial markets. Banks, most of whom are 甲木格局[the same as Nasdaq], suffer most in 2016.
